- The exhibit area will be available for setting-up exhibits from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19th. You may tear-down your exhibit space on Saturday, June 22nd after 3:30 p.m. All exhibits must vacate the premises by 6:00 p.m..
- The exhibit area will be open as follows:
Thursday, June 20, 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Friday, June 21, 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, June 22, 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- Conference attendees will be free to participate in the exhibit area before and after sessions, during coffee breaks and luncheons. All scheduled breaks will be held in the Foyer Area. Please see the Schedule for a breakdown of the conference schedule.
- Only authorized conference participants, speakers and exhibitors will be admitted in the exhibit hall. Exhibit fee includes two (2) representatives per booth space. The name of the authorized representatives shall be furnished to the exhibit manager not less than ten (10) days before the opening of the conference.
- The conference committee and convention center cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind, but will endeavor to protect exhibitors by providing standard security protection. The exhibit hall will be locked during non-exhibiting hours.
- The convention center has asked that exhibitors refrain from pasting, nailing, or otherwise attaching any signs or other display materials to the wall, doors, backdrops, etc., in any way that may deface them. Any damage (including carpet) incurred will be paid by the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors should not project beyond the space allotted and should not obstruct the view of or interfere with the exhibits of others.
- To avoid infringing on others all interviews, demonstrations, distribution of literature, etc., should be conducted at the exhibitor's table.
- Exhibitors with noisy electrical devices, sound producing movies, or other exhibits or devices which interference.
- Special written arrangements with the conference manager should be made in advance if two or more firms wish to exhibit in a single space.
- An exhibitor wishing to release their assigned space prior to May 15, 2002 and after their application has been processed will be refunded all but $1000.00. Cancellations after that time will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be made in writing. It will not be possible to refund any payments made if exhibit space is not used or only partially used.
- Only those firms which have engaged exhibit space will be allowed to display advertising materials or signs and make solicitations for business.
- Approval by the conference manager should be made in advance if prizes, contests or drawings are to be used.
- Direct selling involving exchange of funds in the exhibit areas by any exhibitor or their agent is prohibited.
- Infractions of these conditions on the part of the exhibitor or any of his/her representatives may subject them to dismissal from the conference hall. In this event, no demand for redress will be made by the exhibitor or representative.
- Space is leased with the understanding that the Conference and the Sweeney Convention Center will act for the exhibitor only in the capacity of agent and not as principal. The Conference and the Convention Center assume no liability whatever for damages resulting from any act of omission or commission in connection with said agency. The exhibitor and representatives hereby release the Conference, sponsoring agencies, and the Sweeney Convention Center from any or all liabilities for loss ensuing from any cause whatsoever.
