This year the Audio Visual requirements have changed. The committee has decided that all presentations must be presented in PowerPoint and that personal laptop computers cannot be utilized.

The deadline of June 3, 2002 for uploading PowerPoint presentations to the website has passed.

You are now required to bring your presentation on a CD-R, CD/RW, or ZIP100 to the Sweeney Convention Center during registration on Wednesday, June 19, 2002, from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

CD-R, CD/RW, or ZIP100 are the only media types acceptable and files must be scanned in advance (by you) with an anti-virus program using the latest virus definitions.

Please note that we will not be able to accept files after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19th.
