Overview

CAOS 2007 has a staged fee structure with registration fees depending on the person registering as well as the time of registration. Please consult the following table and its footnotes carefully to determine the applicable registration fee.

All-inclusive

Joining CAOS 2007 in any of the above CATEGORIES is an all-inclusive registration, i.e., it includes free access to the entire scientific program, to the industrial exhibition, to all workshops, to all social events (Welcome Reception, CAOS Banquet, Fare-well Snack, Dragon Boat Race), as well as one copy of the proceedings book. In addtion, complementary morning coffees, lunches, and refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks will be served throughout the meeting.

Presenting Authors

One author of each accepted abstract must register for participation before April 16, 2007. Abstracts will be removed from the final program of the meeting if none of their authors will have registered by that date! Participants who will present a talk, special poster, or poster during one of the scientific sessions of the meeting will be able to register at Phase "A" rates until April 16, 2007.

Members of CAOS-International

Members of the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery (CAOS-International) benefit from a reduction of € 100.- when compared to non-members. Accompanying Persons

Persons escorting a registered participant may register as Accompanying Persons at a registration fee of € 150.- Accompanying Persons may participate in all social events but do not have access to the scientific program of the meeting.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a previously completed registration, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation Fee (per person)

Before 03/31/2007 € 100.-

04/01/2007 - 05/31/2007 50% of paid registration fee

After 05/31/2007 100% of paid registration fee

Transfer of Registration

Transferring a previously completed registration to another person is free of charge. However, if the two individuals are not in the same registration category⁴ the difference will be charged. Please note, there will be no refund if a lower registration fee would apply to the substitute!
