Do I need a Visa...?

Citizens of many countries do not require a visa for entering the Republic of Korea and attending CAOS 2012. Please see the pages of HiKorea for detailed information. If you do need a visa, please apply at the Korean embassy or consulate of you home-country.

Letter of Invitation

The Congress Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The possibility of requesting such a letter is provided during the online registration procedure.

Please note: It should be understood that these letters are only to help participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. They are not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Moreover, the organisers take no responsibility whatsoever regarding a visa application procedure by the participant, and in particular not regarding the possible success or failure of such an application.

Applications for letters of invitation must be received prior to April 27, 2012. Requests received after that date cannot be processed.
