That's Helsinki
Helsinki was founded in 1550 and became Finland's capital in 1812. Today it
is a human scale metropolis with 1.1 million inhabitants; about one fifth
of all Finns live in their capital. The city is a center of business, finance,
and administration and a home of education, science, and culture. On top of
all that Helsinki has established itself as an excellent congress host.
