Presenting Authors

Participants who will present a talk, special poster, or poster during one of the scientific sessions of the meeting benefit from a reduction of € 150.- when compared to non-presenters, i.e., late registration fees do not apply. Please keep in mind the general rule of CAOS-International: No-one may present more that one paper from the podium! If you have multiple abstracts accepted for presentation as a talk, make sure that one of your co-authors also registers as a Presenting Author to give one of the presentations. In order to benefit from the reduction fee you need to specify the title of your presentation during the registration.

Members of CAOS-International

Members of the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery (CAOS-International) benefit from a reduction of € 100.- when compared to non-members. Accompanying Persons

Up to two persons escorting a registered participant may register as Accompanying Persons at a registration fee of € 150.- Accompanying Persons may participate in all social events but do not have access to the scientific program of the meeting.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel
a previously completed
registration, the following
fees will apply:

	Cancellation Fee (per person)
Until March 31, 2005	€ 100.-
April 1 to May 31, 2005	50% of paid registration fee
After May 31, 2005	100% of paid registration fee

Transfer of Registration

Transferring a previously completed registration to another person is free of charge. However, if the two individuals are not in the same registration category¹ the difference will be charged. Please note, there will be no refund if a lower registration fee would apply to the substitute!

¹This applies to Surgeon/Scientist, Member/Non-Member, and Early/Late Registration.
