The 5th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery
will be held at the Marina Congress Center Helsinki, Finland, from June 19 to 22, 2005.
In the name of CAOS-International and the local advisory board, it is a great honour and a pleasure for me to invite you to attend
this gathering of the world's leading experts in the field of robotics and navigation in orthopaedics and traumatology.
As the importance of computer guidance in orthopaedics has grown enormously during the past years, the meetings of our Society have
developed into a high-level scientific and social event bringing together clinicians, researchers, and students from all around the
world.
Our partners from the industry are invited to present their products in the large exhibition area of the Congress Center and during
the workshops. This will be an excellent opportunity for a creative dialogue with the participants.
The successful preceding meetings in Davos, Santa Fe, Marbella, and Chicago have set the high standard of quality of the scientific
sessions, workshops, and industry exhibits. However, they have also left the participants and accompanying persons with unforgettable
impressions due to their special social and cultural events.
We take the challenge - we promise to do all we can to make CAOS2005 in Helsinki a meeting you
